Week of Compassion is our denomination's disaster and long-term development ministry. As the relief, refugee, and development mission fund of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), Week of Compassion works with partners to alleviate suffering throughout the world. They help right after crises but also stay long-term to help the communities recover and flourish.

Partnering with church bodies from the USA and around the world, we partner with Church World Service to provide resources, advocacy, and tools to communities in need. A primary activity is the CROP Walk each Fall raising money to help end hunger globally and locally.
